A real estate site built around the block, not the search box.

The brief
Rowe sells homes on about forty blocks of Brooklyn and knows every one of them. Most agent sites look the same: a search bar, a map and a grid of listings that could be anywhere. Ben wanted a site that sounded like him walking you down the street.
Nine weeks, and a photographer who would shoot every new listing on the same light and the same angles, so the pages could look like one set.
What I did
Three legs, in the order we flew them.
Outcome
The site launched in time for the spring market. Sellers now ask for a valuation after reading a neighborhood guide, and Ben adds each new sale to the page himself the day it closes.
Past results, not a promise.

“People tell me the site sounds like me walking them down the block. That's what I asked for, and I never have to call anyone to add a listing.”
