In short
I only collect what you type into the booking form, plus anonymous visit counts. I use it to reply to you, never to sell or share. Ask me and I’ll delete it.
What I collect
When you book a seat, the form sends me your name, company, email, project type, budget range and your message. I don't ask for anything else, and there are no accounts on this site.
How I use it
Only to reply to your request and, if we work together, to run the project. I don't add you to a newsletter, and I never sell or rent your details.
Where it's stored
Form messages arrive in my email inbox, hosted in the EU. The site itself runs on Framer, which processes requests to serve the pages.
Cookies and analytics
The site counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark mode choice.
How long I keep it
Messages that don't turn into a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, at any time. Email me and I'll answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Big changes get a note on the homepage for a month.
