A warm, editorial product site for an AI phone agent, built around calls you can actually hear.

The brief
Earshot answers the phone for small businesses: it books visits, moves appointments and answers everyday questions, and it hands over to a person when it should. The product was good. The site was a gradient and the words “AI-powered”, with a fake waveform that didn’t play anything.
Aoife’s problem was trust. Owners of salons, clinics and repair shops don’t want “AI”. They want to know what their callers will hear. “If people could listen to one real call, we wouldn’t need the rest of the homepage.”
What I did
Three legs, in the order we flew them.
Outcome
Earshot launched in spring. The sample call became the most played element on the site, and demo requests now arrive with "I listened to the call" in the notes. The founders use the call player in sales emails too.
Past results, not a promise.

“Mika took 'AI phone agent' off the hero and put a real call there instead. Owners listen for twenty seconds and get it. Nothing we wrote ever did that.”
