The brief
Bloop builds small AI agents for support, sales and operations, and its buyers are shop owners who have read too many promises about AI. The founders did not want a robot or a glowing orb. They wanted people to see exactly what an agent does, step by step, before anyone books a call.
Ten weeks, one engineer, and a rule from the founders: every claim on the page has to be something a visitor can try.
What I did
Three legs, in the order we flew them.
Outcome
The decision log became the page people link to when they recommend Bloop. Demo calls now start with the visitor already knowing what the agent will and won't do, so the first twenty minutes go to their setup instead of an explanation.
Past results, not a promise.

“Our buyers don't trust AI pitches, so we stopped pitching and let them watch. Mika turned that into a site, and the decision log does half our sales calls for us.”
